Today’s featured guest is Derek Sutor.  Derek Sutor is a 38-year-old High School Special Education Teacher and Baseball Coach. From memorable stuttering moments in high school, to flunking out of college due to depression and anxiety to being honored as a High School Teacher of the Year, Derek has experienced the highs and the lows of living life with a stutter. He uses his life experiences to show people that you are not defined by your situation, but rather how you respond to it. Derek encourages everyone to find a healthy outlet, as he uses health and fitness as a way to keep balance in his life. In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Thank you, Derek, for sharing your story because I believe there is healing in sharing.
