I am so proud of how far I have come from that isolated five-year-old who ate lunch in the janitor's closet to hide from the bullies and who couldn't utter a word in any situation. My journey has been tumultuous however there have been some amazing triumphs after I embraced my stutter.
As I look back, I am proud of the courage and resiliency that enabled me to step out of my comfort zone and create a YouTube channel and later a podcast to show other people who stutter that they are truly not alone and that we stand together, united, to help each other through life's challenges.
I am honored and blessed to have been featured in Podcast Magazine and to be a speaker at Podfest.
As I move forward to the next chapter of my life, voice acting, I am excited about the future and plan on using my platform to educate and raise awareness that people who stutter are truly amazing, courageous, creative, resourceful, and resilient.
